At The Olive Branch and Red Lion Inn we have a philosophy of sourcing the freshest and best local ingredients to create good quality traditional and innovative pub food at reasonable prices.
Our passion for creating these types of dishes from this wonderful produce led us to start making our own pickles, chutneys and jams as well as making terrines, pates, smoking salmon and curing meats. From this and through Sean's contact with local producers and suppliers, we have started to sell some of our own produce and other local produce such as butter, free range eggs and honey.
